Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
